We want your Irene Kol London pieces to reach you beautifully and on time. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (order before 12pm)

International Delivery

• Europe: 5–7 working days
• Rest of World: 7–14 working days

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We want you to love every piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Personalised or bespoke pieces cannot be returned unless faulty
