Returns Policy

Everything you need to know about returning your order.

  • Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

    • Returned within 14 days of receipt
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • All tags still attached
    • Wherever possible, in the original packaging

    Please note: pierced jewellery and accessories cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

  • It can take up to 14 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed. On receiving your return we will check the item(s) and refund back to your payment method. The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 7 working days. We'll email you as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.

  • Yes, just pop your items in something non see-through, sealable and waterproof. All returns are quality checked — items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached. Refunds will not be given if items do not comply with our returns policy.

  • A typical refund will take up to 21 days in total: up to 14 days to be returned and processed at our warehouse, plus up to 7 days for the funds to make their way through the banking system. We'll email you at each stage to keep you informed.

  • Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@irenekollondon.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you as quickly as possible.
